Methodology
How software is evaluated
A documented scoring framework focused on buyer fit, workflow coverage, implementation, usability, pricing, support, automation, and long-term operating cost.
What we score
| Dimension | Question |
|---|---|
| Customer fit | Which businesses and operating models does the product serve well? |
| Workflow coverage | Can it support the actual lead, sales, service, and follow-up handoffs? |
| Usability | How much configuration and training is required? |
| Implementation | How difficult are migration, permissions, routing, automation, and quality assurance? |
| Pricing & usage cost | What is included, and which usage-based or add-on costs may matter? |
| Automation | Can the system automate repetitive work without hiding ownership or consent? |
| Support & reliability | What do official resources and credible independent patterns suggest? |
| Scalability | Does the operating model still work as accounts, users, or locations grow? |
What a rating must not do
We do not create a star score merely to make a review look authoritative. Any future numeric rating must publish its criteria, weights, evidence date, and limitations.
Affiliate compensation
Affiliate economics are evaluated separately from product fit. A product does not win because it pays more.
Current HighLevel status
HighLevel is currently the site’s primary affiliate offer for agency-oriented CRM and automation content. That is a commercial relationship, not a guarantee that HighLevel is the right fit for every reader.
