A field guide for practical CRM decisions.
This site is designed to help agencies and local-service businesses reason from workflow requirements to software decisions.
Why this site exists
CRM and automation software is often marketed as a list of features. Buyers, however, experience the system as a sequence of handoffs: a lead arrives, someone responds, the opportunity moves, appointments happen, estimates are followed up, reviews are requested, and managers need to know what broke.
Agency CRM Guide organizes software research around those handoffs. The goal is useful guidance even when a reader never clicks an affiliate link.
How we make money
Some pages contain affiliate links. If a reader chooses to purchase through an eligible affiliate link, the site may earn a commission. That relationship does not change the price paid by the reader and should not determine the recommendation.
What we do not claim
This site does not claim client results, personal certifications, revenue outcomes, or hands-on product testing unless a page explicitly documents that evidence. Research-based pages identify themselves as such.
