HighLevel Pricing: $97 vs $297 vs $497 Plans
The useful pricing question is not “Which plan has the most features?” It is “Which operating requirement forces you into the next tier?”
Current monthly pricing
HighLevel’s official pricing page currently lists Starter at $97/month, Unlimited at $297/month, and Agency Pro at $497/month. The page also lists annual pricing and separately priced add-ons or usage-related services. Always verify current terms before purchase.
Starter: when three subaccounts are enough
Starter includes three subaccounts, unlimited contacts and unlimited users according to the current pricing page. It can fit a solo marketer, one business with a small number of environments, or an early-stage agency that does not yet need broad client-account scale.
Unlimited: the agency inflection point
Unlimited removes the three-subaccount ceiling and is positioned for growing agencies. If client-account count—not a specialty feature—is the main constraint, this is the tier that changes the operating model most clearly.
Agency Pro: buy for the operating model, not status
Agency Pro adds SaaS Mode, automated subaccount creation, markup options for phone/email rebilling, advanced API access, and other agency-scale capabilities on the current pricing page. Those features matter when an agency is deliberately productizing and reselling a software experience. They are not automatically useful to every agency.
Budget for usage and implementation
Subscription price is only one component of total cost. Phone, email, AI, dedicated infrastructure, compliance add-ons, third-party integrations, migration labor, and staff time can matter. Build a 90-day cost sheet before upgrading.
